A bipartisan pair of US lawmakers plans to introduce the No FLOCK Act, which would withhold 10 percent of federal highway, road, and bridge funding from states that do not restrict Flock and similar automated license plate readers. The bill would allow them only in five cases, including locating stolen vehicles and investigating vehicles involved in felonies.
