Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Moscow does not support removing any of the UN Security Council’s five permanent members, despite what he described as Britain’s sharply diminished global stature. He said the Council’s composition no longer fully reflects geopolitical realities and that Western countries are already overrepresented.
