Celsius Network’s bankruptcy estate has sued BitMEX and related entities, alleging fraud, market manipulation and wrongful liquidations during Bitcoin’s March 2020 crash caused losses of more than 6,360 BTC. Filed Sept. 12, the case seeks about $495 million as BitMEX prepares to close its exchange on Sept. 23. The allegations remain unproven.
