President Vladimir Putin will address the nation on television this evening ahead of the parliamentary elections, presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. Elections to the ninth State Duma are scheduled for September 18–20, 2026, alongside regional legislative and leadership elections that will fill about 23,000 seats and posts.
