Russia’s FSB says the Supreme Court of the Komi Republic sentenced Russian-Canadian citizen Nikolay Zyuzev to seven years in a strict-regime penal colony, plus one year of restricted freedom, for high treason. The agency says he ran a foreign-funded project that spread extremist materials and collected information for EU bodies and analytical centers. Zyuzev admitted guilt.
