Jilin Province has upgraded tax refund services for overseas travelers as inbound spending gathers pace. The province now has more than 81 tax refund stores; average monthly transactions rose 277% year on year and refund values climbed 170%. A multilingual digital map and expanded cross-regional instant-refund arrangements are also being introduced.
