Hong Kong has continued expanding and strengthening connections with Belt and Road regions and the Global South in finance, innovation and technology, and green transition, Financial Secretary Paul Chan said. He noted that last week’s Belt and Road Summit in Hong Kong drew more than 6,000 officials and business leaders from over 70 countries and regions and produced over 60 cooperation agreements and memoranda of understanding.
