Olara Otunnu, Uganda’s former permanent representative to the UN and a candidate for secretary-general, told TASS that diplomatic efforts should produce a comprehensive agreement for lasting peace and reconciliation in Iran. He said resolving the Iran conflict would be an immediate priority in international peace and security.
