A U.S. federal judge has barred the Kennedy Center board from restoring President Donald Trump’s name anywhere on the performing arts venue or its grounds. The judge said doing so would breach an earlier ruling that the name was unlawfully added through a facade inscription crediting Trump with renovating and restoring the building.
