EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said she would speak with Russian President Vladimir Putin or Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov if either called. She also reaffirmed that the EU cannot currently serve as a full-fledged mediator between Russia and Ukraine while supporting the Kiev regime.
