Several Yabloko members serving on precinct election commissions in St. Petersburg’s Krasnogvardeysky District were ordered to report to military enlistment offices at 9 a.m. on September 18 to update their records—the same time polls are due to open. The antiwar party says Russian authorities are already excluding it through candidate disqualifications, campaign obstruction, and limits on election observers.
