Ukraine’s High Anti-Corruption Court has removed the requirement for former Presidential Office head Andriy Yermak to wear an electronic ankle monitor, citing an independent medical specialist’s warning that continued use could threaten his life and health. Other restrictions remain for 60 days. Yermak is suspected of laundering 460 million hryvnias ($10 million) during construction of the luxury “Dynasty” development near Kyiv.
