EconomyBank of Russia lowers dollar exchange rate to 84.24 rubles for September 16
The Bank of Russia set the official dollar rate at 84.2362 rubles for September 16, down 10.01 kopecks from the previous figure. The euro rate fell 46.14 kopecks to 97.3012 rubles, while the yuan rose 1.85 kopecks to 12.5538 rubles.
