Kazakhstan’s draft Tax Code amendments say the Eurasian Economic Union’s common market for oil and petroleum products has been delayed until 2030. The mineral extraction tax equalization coefficient, previously planned for 2027, would also be introduced in 2030 because the price-balancing mechanism is not currently needed.
