Russian Presidential Administration Deputy Chief of Staff Maxim Oreshkin said Russia’s foreign trade has stayed near its previous level of about $700 billion despite efforts to exclude the country from global trade and damage its economic development. He said sanctions and the withdrawal of international banks had not reduced the overall volume.
