The Valdai International Discussion Club has shifted its annual meeting from Sochi to the Moscow region because of fears of Ukrainian attacks, the Financial Times reported. Sources said Russia’s Federal Protective Service pressed for the change. The meeting is scheduled for September 28 to October 1.
