Fire Point says it is ready to supply Ukraine with the FP-7 short-range ballistic missile and is testing the medium-range FP-9, which Ukraine does not currently possess. The company says adequate funding could enable production of up to three FP-9s a day within months, but engine shortages, production difficulties, suspected corruption and uncertainty over performance against Russian air defenses continue to hinder the missile program. Ukraine’s FP-5 Flamingo has also fallen short of promised output.
