An intruder allegedly forced entry into a Royal Australian Air Force base in Darwin’s Winnellie suburb, assaulted a Defence Force member and fled in a stolen vehicle. Northern Territory police said the person remained unidentified after officers lost sight of the white Ford Ranger during a pursuit on the Stuart Highway.
