The US Department of War has issued a legal waiver allowing current and former personnel to provide information about UFO and UAP investigations to designated representatives of the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters. The department said disclosures will not trigger penalties for breaching nondisclosure agreements.
