CSTO Secretary General Taalatbek Masadykov said cooperation between the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the OSCE should resume. He said the OSCE retains considerable potential to fulfill its original purpose of strengthening security in Europe, after a lengthy hiatus attributed to the position of several member states.
