The Kremlin welcomed Donald Trump’s call for Ukraine to stop attacking Russian oil refineries and diesel-producing facilities, but declined to say whether Russia would halt strikes on Ukraine’s economic infrastructure in return. Dmitry Peskov also cited the attacks’ alleged role in diesel shortages and higher prices.
