Ukraine will soon receive $841 million in budget support from the World Bank, backed by Canadian guarantees, Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi said. The funding comes through the PEACE project and will reimburse pension payments from the state budget as Ukraine faces its most difficult budget situation since Russia’s full-scale war began in 2022.
