Rosatom CEO Alexey Likhachev said Kyiv’s attacks on the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant are intended to create unbearable conditions for its staff and push the facility into a critical situation. He said shelling in recent months has injured about 100 people and killed around 20 residents of Enerhodar, while Ukrainian forces recently struck a convoy carrying fuel needed for the plant’s safety.
