Unlike their predecessors, whose interests centred on property and traditional finance, they are also moving into technology and digital finance. Cheng Chi-heng of New World Development and Peter Lee Ka-kit of Henderson Land joined Forms Syntron’s Shenzhen offering as cornerstone investors.
