An emerald-colored matcha mooncake filled partly with Yunnan ham attracted crowds to sample it on the opening day of the four-day Beijing International Tea and Tea Ceremony Exhibition. GuiTea Group also served iced matcha drinks, while visitors bought the innovative festival food ahead of the Mid-Autumn Festival.
