Coinbase is partnering with payments platform Moov to bring stablecoin services into the existing payments systems of community banks and credit unions. The institutions would remain the customer-facing relationship, while Coinbase supplies custody and transaction tools. Fees, revenue sharing, data access, compliance duties and operational risk remain undisclosed.
