China and Seychelles have signed an early harvest arrangement under an economic partnership agreement. China will remove tariffs on all tariff lines for Seychelles products, while Seychelles will further open its market to Chinese goods. China said it also plans to pursue similar agreements with other African countries that maintain diplomatic ties with Beijing.
