TechStarCraft returns in 2030 as an open-world shooter

Blizzard is bringing StarCraft back in 2030 after more than a decade dormant, but the new game will be an open-world shooter rather than a top-down real-time strategy title. Its cinematic trailer follows the United Earth Directorate preparing to fight the Zerg and contrasts militaristic propaganda with the brutality of battle.
