The death toll from the fire aboard the MV June Aster ferry near the Philippines’ Palawan Island has risen to 76, according to the Philippine Coast Guard. Search teams found the remains of 41 victims aboard the vessel. Of 134 people on board, 43 were rescued and 13 remain unaccounted for.
