Nazira Haji Zada, a 47-year-old Afghan lawful permanent resident accused of helping conceal an ISIL-inspired mass-shooting plot in Oklahoma, has been deported after appearing before the Alien Terrorist Removal Court. Created in 1996, the specialised court had never been used. Haji Zada was never criminally charged. Her lawyers said withholding evidence violated due process and predicted the court would be found unconstitutional.
