An overnight explosion sparked a major fire at an EMCO-operated weapons storage site near Tsareva Livada, Bulgaria, on Sept. 12. EMCO called it sabotage, while authorities are investigating possible outside interference alongside failures in ammunition storage and site security. Other Bulgarian ammunition depots will also be inspected.
