Russian President Vladimir Putin said Russia attaches special importance to relations with all African countries during talks with Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed. He said Moscow looks forward to hosting Ethiopia at the third Russia-Africa summit on October 28-29, where the two sides will also hold a bilateral meeting.
