The New Delhi Declaration adopted at the 18th BRICS summit says member states will cooperate against terrorism financing and fraud. Leaders voiced serious concern over illicit financial flows, cross-border scam networks and scam compounds, and called for coordinated international action to dismantle them, recover criminal proceeds, protect victims and prevent financial systems from being misused for large-scale fraud.
