TechBRICS countries to expand cooperation in information and communication technologies
The New Delhi Declaration adopted at the BRICS summit says member countries intend to deepen cooperation on information and communication technologies. Leaders backed an open and secure interoperable ICT environment that respects national sovereignty, called for UN-led dialogue on ICT security, and urged states to sign and ratify the UN cybercrime convention.
