WorldIDF soldier filmed shooting Palestinian in leg amid West Bank settler standoff

An Israeli soldier shot Palestinian man Qassem Hussam in the leg during a confrontation between settlers grazing livestock on Palestinian-owned land and villagers in Faqqua, in the occupied West Bank. The IDF confirmed one of its soldiers fired and said commanders were reviewing the incident. Hussam was in light-to-moderate condition.
