The Delhi Declaration says BRICS countries support Africa’s push for permanent representation on the UN Security Council and recognize the legitimate aspirations set out in the Ezulwini Consensus and Sirte Declaration. The bloc also called for comprehensive UN reform and greater representation for developing countries.
