WorldBRICS countries condemn acts of terrorism regardless of motivation
The BRICS nations said in the New Delhi Declaration adopted at their 18th summit that all terrorist acts are criminal and unjustifiable, regardless of their motivation, location, timing or perpetrator. They also condemned the April 22, 2025 attack in Jammu and Kashmir and reaffirmed a commitment to fighting terrorism in all its forms.
