The Delhi Declaration adopted at the 18th BRICS summit says member states are deeply concerned about the continued escalation of tensions in the Middle East. Participants called for protecting civilians and civilian infrastructure, urged dialogue and diplomacy toward lasting regional peace, and stressed maintaining the smooth flow of global trade, supply chains and energy under international law.
