Russia’s Defense Ministry says overnight strikes hit infrastructure at Ukraine’s Chernomorsk port in the Odesa region used to unload and store military materiel, along with two dry-cargo vessels that had delivered weapons and equipment to Ukrainian forces. The ministry also reported a sea-going tugboat was hit.
