TechBlockstream rejects Liquid hacker’s $50 million bounty demand over nearly 600 Bitcoin

Blockstream has refused to pay the Liquid attacker nearly 600 Bitcoin, worth about $50 million, after the party returned 3,400 of roughly 3,996 BTC taken in a Sept. 6 exploit. The attacker demanded a 10% bounty, while Blockstream said it would pursue the remaining funds through law enforcement and industry service providers.
