WorldFires reported at Russian manufacturing sites after Ukrainian drone strikes

Russian Telegram channels reported that Ukrainian forces appeared to target industrial facilities in Tolyatti and Taganrog on Sept. 12. A rubber plant in Tolyatti and a car manufacturing site in Taganrog were reportedly hit and fires were seen, but the reports and extent of damage could not be independently verified. Ukraine’s military has not commented.
