Vice Premier He Lifeng said at the 2026 China Mining Conference and Exhibition in Tianjin that China will speed up the development and use of green, intelligent mining technologies and cooperate with other countries on sustainable global mining. China also issued new standards for green exploration and mine development and unveiled two AI systems for geological surveying and mineral prospecting.
