TechU.S. Bank moves USBDC across borders on Stellar in internal pilot

U.S. Bank completed a live pilot moving its proprietary dollar-backed stablecoin, USBDC, between its own entities in North America and Europe over the Stellar public blockchain. The non-customer transaction tested minting, redemption, freezing and clawback controls, but the bank gave no customer-access plan or commercial launch date.
