A community gathering in Ireland in fall 2025, attended by about 120 people and featuring three bouncy castles, was followed by aggressive skin and soft-tissue infections in 48 children. Fifteen sought emergency care and four were hospitalized, but all recovered. The investigation was reported in Eurosurveillance.
