Ukraine has exported 630,000 metric tons of agricultural products since September began, including 380,000 tons of grain, the Agriculture Ministry said. Road, rail and Danube shipments rose from August, but Russia’s continued blockade of Black Sea ports leaves exports at only 40% of full capacity. The government is expanding financing, storage and loan support for farmers.
