PoliticsPoll reveals level of Russian public confidence in Putin

A VCIOM poll found that 73.1% of 1,600 adults surveyed from August 31 to September 6 said they trusted President Vladimir Putin, while his approval rating was 67.4%. Government approval stood at 44.6%; Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin’s job approval was 43.4%, and 54.2% said they trusted him.
