Tech18 EU and Ukrainian defense companies join forces to launch Drone Alliance

Nine Ukrainian defense companies and nine EU firms met in Brussels on Sept. 11 to launch the EU-Ukraine Drone Alliance. EU Defense Commissioner Andrius Kubilius said it will pursue joint ventures, prototype testing, stronger drone and air defenses, and supply chains less dependent on third countries, aiming to help Europe rapidly expand production for a future attack.
