Tech5G communication officially launched in Russia
Russia has officially launched 5G communication on President Vladimir Putin’s instructions, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media said. The standard is intended to support autonomous vehicles and robots, telemedicine and industrial digitization. Initial service will use LTE frequencies, alongside the equally allocated 4.63-4.99 GHz band.
