Two Indigenous mothers have settled a trespass case against New South Wales police after officers repeatedly visited their homes for bail checks, including more than 150 visits to one home over 20 months, many between midnight and 4am. Police said the checks were lawful, while a state watchdog found officers had stretched their authority. The case was settled confidentially.
