WorldRussia importing fuel from South Korea, Turkey due to Ukraine drone strikes, report says
A Center for Research on Energy and Clean Air report says continuing Ukrainian attacks on Russia’s energy infrastructure have forced Moscow to widen its fuel-import sources. Oil imports reached 172,000 metric tons in August, more than seven times the previous monthly record. Turkey’s first gasoline cargoes reportedly arrived in September, while strikes disrupted Novorossiysk exports for nine days and left Tuapse without a product shipment for a third straight month.
